The blueberry industry of Australia is one of the most premium blueberry industries in the world. Today 90% of blueberries sold in the Australian market are Australian grown.

The industry is represented by the Australian Blueberry Growers’ Association (ABGA), which has been in operation since the early 1980s. The industry consists of growers in NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia and South Australia, with an estimated total of 420 hectares of blueberry plantations across the country.
